emotions

Dreaming of anxiety, pain, extreme disappointment, or very strong emotions such as anger and hatred usually has two meanings.

On the one hand, the emotions in the dream may be the reappearance of the emotions many years ago.

They may even be painful memories that you have long forgotten and never mentioned in your life, or unforgettable emotional experiences that are deeply suppressed. Your consciousness, for the purpose of self-protection and keeping your spirit from being harmed, has deeply suppressed them, but they are actually hidden in the corner of your subconscious.

Sometimes or even many years later, certain similar environments in daytime life, or certain young stimuli (switches, conversations, objects, smells), will evoke these subconscious past experiences. So, at night, they reappear in your sleep.

Don't worry, no matter how strong the emotions in your dreams are, it is a self-adjustment of the body and a relief to the troubles and anxieties that were buried deep in your body and mind many years ago.

Sometimes you even dream similar scenes repeatedly, so when you have this dream, it means that your anxiety is being further alleviated. As the dream reappears, in reality, the shadow of the past is gradually passing away, and you will be completely involved in your new life.

On the other hand, the emotions in the dream may be a reflection of life during the day. Each emotion may also have other connotations (see specific emotions).
