How can you become a dreamer

In the busy modern society, it seems difficult for people to write down their dreams and carefully consider the mystery of them like the ancient aristocrat who did nothing every day. Anyway, for a lot of people, this kind of nonsense is probably reserved for therapy sessions and the Discovery Channel.

What about my own thoughts? It's not about Freud, it's just a very simple return to the dream itself. Dreams are fun, that's enough!

So my own starting point is to record dreams, just because it's really interesting.

But later I found that even if it is for fun, some dreams written down often have unexpected discoveries later.

This may not be enough to convince you, so please refer to the following reasons, find one as their own motivation: you can through the dream, better understand their own personality; You can also use dreams to understand your current psychological state, such as where the work pressure comes from, or where the emotional problem is, maybe the immediate problem will be solved! Of course, there are also very dark theories, you can find some hints of the future from dreams, in short, whatever the reason, it is very encouraging.

Are you having a bit of a crush?

When you write down your dreams, of course you want to understand them, and then the question arises, who can interpret them for you?

Once upon a time, if you were a nobleman living in a palace, it was easy to leave it to a priest or something! He will tell you many mysterious things; In the last century (it's 2000 years now, so fast!) For a while, dream interpretation seems to be the patent of psychologists and psychologists, they will cite a lot of theories, tell you that there are those repressions or desires in your character, more iron than the priest, like you know yourself!

If you, like the administrator, always find it difficult to convince you of the opinions of priests or experts, and do not love K those things that will make you more confused after reading, that is good! Like me, you stubbornly believe that the best dream interpreter is yourself! This idea is easy to say and have the spirit, but of course it is difficult to do, interpreting dreams, there must be a basic principle?

After some trial and error, I have found that some tips are very useful for interpreting dreams, and I have written them down below, you can also try to use these methods to interpret your own dreams!

Rules are rules, they are never truth, and the following tips are just some ways to help you understand your dreams. My experience is that when you do unravel your dreams, you will have a kind of 'Yes! That's it!' That feeling is more valuable than any skill or theory.

People and animals: The person or animal that appears in your dream is usually an avatar of yourself.

The character in a dream is usually yourself, and this argument is mentioned in many dream interpretation books. But what do you mean 'usually'? Are there exceptions? The most common doubt is, do I dream of parents, lovers, are also my own incarnation?

So, you don't have to rush to take your seat immediately, you may wish to recall first, these characters you dream to give you what the most intuitive, the most direct feeling! Namely: What kind of person is he? Say it in the shortest possible words!

Then you ask yourself this question: Is the main feature of the person in the dream part of my personality? If it is, then we see the character as an avatar of yourself!

If the dream character is positive, we are naturally happy to admit that we have this trait in our personality, and if it is negative, we will inevitably struggle. But since you're the only one who knows, there's no harm in admitting it.

My own experience and feeling is that dreams are brain activity in a relaxed state, but because they are presented much like movies, they often like to think about themselves in terms of what happens to the characters; With this perspective, to see the relationship between the characters and characters in your dreams, and then compare your real life experience, you often will suddenly understand, the original is so!

What about animals? Think of it this way: Halfway through the story, your dream decided it would be better represented by an animal, so it chose an animal instead of a person. The difference between animals and people is that you can tell the characteristics of the animal more quickly, and then think a little painfully, are you the animal in the dream? :)

There are some examples in the collection of people and animals appearing in dreams. If you don't know what the caretaker is talking about in a foreign language, you may want to refer to the examples in the above paragraph.

Feeling counts

The plot of the dream is often bizarre and irrational to the extreme, but it feels very real.

So, recalling the feelings and emotions in your dream is often easier to unravel than analyzing the plot of your dream.

My experience has been to reflect on a key feeling and emotion in my dream and ask myself, does this emotion seem familiar? Have you ever had a similar emotional experience in real life? Or in more colloquial terms, you ask yourself, 'Does this remind you of anything?'

Because the dream makes you think of something, 'This is how it feels!' You will find the key to understanding the whole dream.

Buildings and vehicles

We will dream of buildings or vehicles, and the administrator will not dare to tell you what these must mean, but you can think in this direction: entering a certain stage of life (entering a certain building), or embarking on a journey of life (riding on a certain vehicle), and try to interpret your own dreams! There are usually unexpected discoveries.

Some people mentioned that if you dream of driving a vehicle, it may also be related to your physical condition, all the way smooth or the road is muddy, respectively, suggesting the good and bad of the body, this statement is not unreasonable, you can also use for reference.

Find your own associations: free association

In short, whatever you dream, take it easy. The administrator's personal view is that the dream is a director full of emotion and imagination, even if it is too bloody and violent, it is just because the dream likes to use a very exaggerated and dramatic way to show it.

After you relax and carefully consider each character, scene, and prop that appears in your dream, you will slowly find the connection between your dream world and the real world.

All the dream dictionaries made by others can only be used as a reference, and even a little extreme, it is best to refer to less, so as not to let you misunderstand your own dreams. Why? Simply put, some people like to watch movies, some people hate to go to the cinema, then they dream of the cinema, definitely not the same meaning.

So logically, if everyone is patient enough to write down their dreams, analyze and organize them, they will eventually have a unique dream dictionary of their own.

The question is, how do you find those wonderful connections? The administrator suggests using a free association method, such as dreaming about hats. What do hats remind you of? You relax, ask yourself and answer all the way down, like the idiom, do not set limits of free association, and finally you will usually find a right! That's what it means! The association! Congratulations! You found your connection!

Some people compare practicing dream interpretation to practicing a foreign language, I think it is very wonderful, in fact, from recording a series of dream interpretation process, it is very much like practicing another language, but the advantage is that as long as you believe in your own intuition, only you can understand your dream! The more you practice, the better you get at it, and the more fun you find in it.
