Sleep Paralysis

It is also commonly known as 'ghost press'. During sleep, the human motor center is shut down to prevent the movement in the dream from reflecting into reality and causing injury. Sleep paralysis is a state in which the consciousness is awake but the motor center is still closed, so although you are awake, your whole body cannot move, only your eyes and eyelids can move.

The most terrible thing is that at the same time of sleep paralysis, it is often accompanied by auditory and visual hallucinations, and you will hear fine fragmentary human voices and ghosts.
